This Privacy Policy applies to mobile and web apps published under Maviro (“we”, “us”, “our”), available via the Apple App Store, Google Play, and maviro.app.

• Account & profile (optional): nickname, language, preferences.
• Usage data: app interactions, device type, OS version, crash logs.
• Purchase data: product IDs, receipts/tokens, subscription status (no card details — Apple/Google handle payments).
• Content: prompts, images you upload, feedback.
• Analytics: aggregated usage events to improve features.

We do not sell personal data.

Some features use AI. Your prompts/inputs and generated outputs may be processed by AI providers acting as our processors. We use them only to deliver requested functionality and maintain quality.

• Provide and improve features, including AI.
• Validate purchases, manage subscriptions, restore entitlements.
• Prevent abuse/fraud and enforce Terms.
• Customer support and legal compliance.

We share data only with:

• Apple & Google (IAP/billing)
• AI providers (to process prompts/outputs)

Our apps are for users aged 13+. We don’t knowingly collect data from younger children.

Data may be processed in the EU, US, or other regions with safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via website.

Our apps integrate with certain SDKs and third-party services to provide core functionality:

• Firebase (Google) — for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
• Expo / React Native SDK — for app framework functionality.
• AI Service Providers — to process prompts and generate responses.

These SDKs may collect device identifiers, crash logs, and aggregated usage statistics. Data is only used to improve app stability, security, and functionality.

Depending on which features you use, the app may request the following permissions:

• Camera — to allow profile photo uploads or photo analysis.
• Microphone — only if you choose to use voice input features.
• Location — optional, if you enable location-based features.
• Notifications — to send reminders or updates.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device’s system settings.

• Account data — kept until you delete your account or request deletion.
• Purchase data — retained as long as required for financial reporting (usually 7 years under EU law).
• Crash logs & analytics — stored for up to 24 months for stability and performance improvements.
• User uploads — stored until deleted by the user or after account removal.

You can withdraw consent for processing by disabling optional permissions in your device settings, or by contacting us to delete your account and associated data.
